About Us
Introduction
Life presents us with many challenges, and when something as simple as using a website isn't accessible, it can make this simple task very frustrating and perplexing.
Through our own disabilities and personal injuries, we were frustrated with how many websites operated, so we decided to make a difference. Happy Days Accessibility was born!

Remote Working
Here at Happy Days Accessibility we run a Remote Working only business, so our team can have as much time with their families as possible.
We do visit client sites as necessary. Generally, most things we find can be managed over a Teams call and access to project management tools like Jira.
4 Day Week
Here at Happy Days Accessibility we also support and encourage a 4 day working week for the same reasons - the best work life balance possible.
This is flexible and works around team member preferences and allows cover for most business and client scenarios.

This is me with our black Labrador Brody.

My career path has not been a simple or traditional one! My dream was to work in film and TV, I dipped my toes in the industry but with some curve balls life throws at you that changed. I spent a few years in Web Design, E-commerce (Magento), Marketing and Event Management and more recently took a role in retail to enjoy interacting with different people again, soon becoming a retail therapist listening to customer's stories and feeling grateful that for those 5 minutes, I was able to make them feel happy and heard. I started to like the feeling of helping people.
Happy Days sprang from a conversation my husband and I had while walking in the Welsh mountains. We started discussing the impact of his Dyslexia and a long-lasting shoulder injury I'd had, and how websites which weren’t accessible frustrated us in different ways, and it suddenly clicked in my mind - I'm going to pick this Accessibility baton up and run with it to fix some of these frustrations.
The more I ran, the more I enjoyed Accessibility, and the more I saw how much it helped people with disabilities and everyone else, so with my commitment to help and the support of my husband, I created Happy Days Accessibility.
I now spend my days working with a great team, meeting new people, and helping people with and without disabilities make the most out of Websites.
